  18, make sure to bring your ID.
  
  
• Will the World Cup game be shown? 
  Yes, there will be a public viewing area with a 3.5x2m screen where you can watch the game while partying.
  
  

TRAVEL

• Will there be buses from Zaandam station?
  Until 23:30, there are regular buses (public transport) from Zaandam station to the Hemkade. The venue is a 20-minute walk from the station, so you can also walk. There is no shuttle bus.
  
  
• Is parking available?
  Yes, parking is available at the Hemkade. The address for navigation is Hemkade 48, 1506 PS Zaandam.
  
  
• Bus travel
  There are no organized bus travels, but you are free to arrange your own.
  
  

TICKETS

• I lost my ticket. What do I do?
  You can search your inbox for Eventix - Je ticket(s) voor SCANTRAXX 20 YEARS. If you still can't find it, please email [email protected] with your full name and email you used for purchasing your ticket and we will send you your ticket again.
  
  
• Do I need to print my ticket?
  No, you can also show your ticket on your phone.
  
  
• What are the perks of a VIP ticket?
  VIP ticket holders can enter through the VIP entrance. There will also be a VIP deck in close proximity to a bar.
  
  
• Can I resell my ticket?
  Yes. Only use our official partner TicketSwap to resell your ticket or buy a resell ticket. We do not take accountability for tickets purchased anywhere else. 
   

FACILITIES

• Will there be lockers?
  Yes, there are plenty of lockers. You can buy them directly at the venue.
   
• Will there be merchandise?
  Yes, there will be a merchandise stand where you can buy exclusive items such as the 20 Years of Scantraxx bomber and the double XX T-Shirt and hoodie.
   
• Will there be tokens? 
  Tokens are available to purchase at the venue. You can pay with card. You can also order & pay with the TAPP app.
  
  
• Will there be food and drinks?
  There will be plenty of bars where you can buy drinks. Food will be available. 
  
  
• What is the smoking policy?
  The Hemkade is a smoke-free location. There will be a designated smoking area outside where you can smoke. Cigarettes will not be sold at 20 Years of Scantraxx.
  
  
• Can I buy earplugs at the venue?
  No, earplugs will not be available to purchase. Please bring your own and protect your ears!
