Q-Factory is wheelchair accessible, but there is no special platform for wheelchair users.

Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.

We maintain a zero-tolerance drug policy at 'The Hardstyle Showdown' Soft and hard drugs are strictly prohibited.

Please note that Q-Factory is a cashless venue. Card payments are the only accepted form of payment.
Lockers
Lockers will be available at the Q-Factory. You can get a locker using a €2 coin. If you don't have one, there's a machine to get a €2 coin by card.

Car
Q-Park is located in Oostpoort, it is accessible 24/7. If you make a reservation beforehand, parking will be available for 24 hours for €20,40. Parking in the street during weekdays is free from 21:00 - 04:00

Bus travel
There will be no organized bus travel, but you can arrange your own.
